1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website (the Site) or ordering any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you place an order.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean UK Expert Writing. "You" means the person using the Site or ordering our services.

2. Our Services

We provide academic support, including:

  • Model answers and writing help
  • Editing and proofreading
  • Guidance and tutoring

How You May Use Our Work

Everything we deliver is provided as a model or reference to help you learn, research, and structure your own work. It is not intended to be handed in as your own work in breach of your institution's rules.

You are responsible for knowing your university's academic integrity policy and for how you use what we provide. If you are unsure what your institution allows, check with them before ordering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not:

  • Submit our work as your own without attribution, or in a way that breaches academic integrity rules.
  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Disrupt, reverse engineer, or try to compromise the Site.
  • Give us false or misleading information when you order.

We may refuse or stop work on an order if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Quotes are free. Requesting a quote carries no obligation.
  • Payment in advance. Once you accept a quote, payment is due before we begin work.
  • Currency and tax. Prices are in GBP unless we state otherwise, and include applicable taxes where required.
  • Accurate briefs. The price and deadline depend on the details you give us. If your requirements change after you accept a quote, we may need to update the price or deadline, and we will agree this with you first.

5. Revisions & Refunds

Free Revisions

Every order includes free revisions within the guarantee window of 2 days after delivery, as long as your original brief has not changed. Changing the brief counts as a new request and may be quoted separately.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund, in full or in part, if:

  • We miss the agreed deadline; or
  • The work does not meet the requirements you agreed with us.

Each refund request is assessed individually. To request a refund, contact us using the details in Section 9 within 7 days of delivery, and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within 15–20 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Until you have paid in full, we keep ownership of all work we deliver.
  • Once you have paid in full, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you.
  • After that, you are responsible for how you use it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our services.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when they are posted, and they do not affect orders you have already paid for. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
